Social plugins

EU-US Privacy Shield

All relevant US members of the ScION Growth (“ScION Privacy Shield Companies”) comply with the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework as set forth by the US Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of personal information transferred from the European Union and the United Kingdom to the United States in reliance on Privacy Shield. The ScION Privacy Shield Companies have certified that they adhere to the Privacy Shield Principles of Notice, Choice, Accountability for Onward Transfer, Security, Data Integrity and Purpose Limitation, Access, and Recourse, Enforcement and Liability. If there is any conflict between the policies in this privacy policy and the Privacy Shield Principles, the Privacy Shield Principles shall govern. The ScION Privacy Shield Companies are subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the US Federal Trade Commission (FTC). You may also refer a complaint to your local data protection authority. The ScION Privacy Shield Companies have committed to work with EU data protection authorities to resolve any concerns, and have committed to comply with the advice given by such authorities. In certain circumstances, the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework provides the right to invoke binding arbitration to resolve complaints not resolved by other means, as described in Annex I to the Privacy Shield Principles.
